travel + humanitarian photography feat. the Horn of Africa

— Hello, I’m Aaron. I live in East Africa and take photographs for the betterment of humanity.

My family lives and works in Djiboutiville, Djibouti with an international NGO specializing in relief and development. And although Djibouti is the hottest country on the planet, we really love it here. We’re learning as much as we can and helping in whatever ways we can.

This is the life of our expat family, both editorially and pictorially. You’ll see local scenes, wildlife, architecture and landscapes. And because I have a beautiful wife, an adorable daughter, and two crazy twin boys, you’ll probably see a fair amount of them.

I am currently available for humanitarian/NGO photography projects in and around East Africa. I also shoot real estate, event, and portrait photography. You can find my published work here.

We really enjoy sharing our lives with you. I you'll find it interesting, inspiring, and encouraging. Thanks for checking us out.
